Completing the Priming Process
After priming the handpiece, the main screen will appear. For an overview of
main screen, see page 38.
Testing the Alarm Tone
To verify the alarm tone functions correctly, you must intentionally trigger an
alarm on the CUSA NXT System, for example, disconnect the footswitch
from Console:
1.
Disconnect the footswitch from the Console at the footswitch connector.
2.
Verify that the footswitch alarm triggers on the system.
3.
Verify that the system sounds the alarm tone.
If the alarm tone doesn’t sound, contact your Integra representative.
The system is now ready for use (see Chapter 5).
