Preparation

CONFIRMING THE SETTINGS
At setting screen, select each item No. 1-8 and check its settings.
No. 9 and 10 are for saving set values. Go to No.11 for returning to default values.
No. Item Description
1 LANGUAGE Sets the language displayed on the main unit.
2 ALL CLEAR Turns On/Off of the display on the screen.
3 TIME
＆
DATE Sets the time display format, the date setting, and
the time setting.
(The date and time is not updated during the
setting.)
4 TV SYSTEM Sets the video output (NTSC/PAL).
(This setting is valid only for the video display.)
5 LCD BRIGHT Sets the brightness of the LCD. (high/medium/low)
(This setting is valid only for the LCD display).

VOLUME Sets the volume level (large/small) for alarm and voice
memo.

LASER POINTER
Sets the laser output to ON or OFF.
While this is set to ON, laser pointer can be used by
pressing the LASER button.
8 EXECUTE ENERGY
SAVING
Enters the sleep mode.
(The LCD display and the external monitor output
are turned off. The pilot lamp lights in red.)
Press any key to cancel the mode.
9 AUTO SAVING MODE Enters the sleep mode when no operation is made
for the set time (5, 10, or 15 minutes).
(OFF, 5, 10, or 15 minutes)
* Press any key to cancel the mode.
10 AUTO SHUTDOWN Automatically turns off the power when the set time
(5, 10, or 30 minutes) passes in the sleep mode
(OFF, 5, 10, or 30 minutes)
(The set value is valid when the camera is in the
power saving mode.)
11 SAVE CONFIG Saves the current camera settings.
(To make the user setting valid, restart the camera
after setting "user settings" for "Setting at
startup".)
12 STARTUP CONFIG Selects the camera settings (settings when the
power is off (initial value) or user settings) at a
startup.
* If "user settings" is not selected, the initial value
is used at a startup.
13 INITIALIZE Restores the default camera settings.
14 VERSION Displays the versions of FW, FPGA, etc.
