Faults related to the
Temperature

Fault
Temperature too high compared to setpoint.

Check whether the Pt100 sensor is working
properly. In case of a defect, contact your INFORS
HT representative.

Fault
The temperature fails to reach the desired setpoint.

The heater is not switched on. Activate the “Temperature” parameter.

The setpoint is set too low.
Increase the setpoint.

The ambient temperature does
not meet the requirements.
Check the ambient temperature and correct if nec-
essary (see chapter 5.1 "Operating Conditions at
the Installation Location", page 47

Door not fully closed.
Close the door completely.

Cooling fins dusty.
Clean the cooling fins.

Capillary thermostat set too
low (must be at least 10°C
above setpoint).
Set the capillary thermostat higher.

Heater fan not working.

INFORMATION
Re-measuring the temperature only provides reliable information
when using calibrated measuring tools, and only if they are used
at points specified by INFORS HT. Measurements taken at unde-
fined points in the casing will not produce any usable data.

INFORS HT representative or request a quote for calibrating the
parameters.
