Remove the Speaker (D).
Assemble
1
Check the speaker gasket. Replace with new if necessary.

Place the new Speaker correctly.

Reinstall the four screws (C) holding the Speaker.

Place the Front Panel correctly. Make sure that no cables are pinched between
the Front Panel and the chassis.

Reinstall and tighten the four screws (A) holding the Front Panel. Do not use
thread locking compound.

Connect all cables between the Front Panel and the PCB. Pay special attention
to J2. Do not use force!

Perform a function test before the assembly continues.
Ensure the following functions, check that the:

Blue LED is lit.
ð
Display is lit up and is functions.
ð
Touch function on the display is working.
ð
Sound in earphone and speaker is working correctly.
ð
Probe is working in both front and rear Probe sockets.
ð
Electrical grounding is OK. Measure with a DVM between front probe
connection ground (the shield) and one of the screws in the back. The
resistance should be 9 ohm or lower.
