6.3 Service Screen
This part contains information regarding tools in order to analyze the function and
identify equipment failures.

Click Diagnosis >> Service Screen.

Fill in the Service Password.
6.3.1 Signals
• Sensor Voltage - Raw signal from the sensor in mV.
• Measuring Value - Same Measuring value is displayed in Measuring Mode.
• Locating Value - The numeral is a unitless value of the output signal from the
locating algorithm. The percent describe the bar length on the screen.
• Sensitivity - The senor sensitivity. For 10 ppm H2 the value can be between 0.1 to
5 mV/s, depending of operating time and gas exposure history.
• Power - The operating voltage (V).
• Sensor Diode - Indicates the sensor temperature by the voltage drop over a diode.
Normal voltage drop: 600 ± 20 mV.
• Conversion Factor - The internal unit and gas conversions parameter between
calibration settings and Measuring Mode settings.
• If unit and gas settings are equal, the Conversion Value = 1.
• Calibration Factor - Internal calibration factor.
6.3.2 Locating Graph
Displays the Locating Value graphically.
6.3.3 Debug Settings
Print out of the following parameters on RS232 or USB:
• Time counter in ms (milli seconds)
• A/D value (sensor signal) raw (24 bit) or in mV (depending on settings)
• Locating Value
• Measuring Value in mV/s (uncalibrated and unconverted)
• Data Checksum
Output frequency 1-50 Hz.
