Remove all cables between the Front Panel (B) and the PCB. Pay special
attention to J2. Carefully tap the screwdriver / locking alternately left/right to
loosen the cable from the connector. Do not use force!

Remove the Front Panel.

Remove the six screws (C) holding the Display (D) on the Front Panel (B).

Remove the display plates (E) by removing the four screws (F).
Make note of the display plate positions. The display plates are different.

Remove the Display (D).
Assemble
NOTICE
Depending on Display type, jumpers J20 and J23 on PCB may need to be altered.

1 Cut the Conductive profile in the following lengths: 104, 135.5, 52 and 38 mm.
2 Attach the Conductive profile strips onto the Display.
3 Mount the display plates according to previous notes (step 8 in Disassemble).
Do not tighten to firmly.
4 Carefully insert the Display in the Front Panel. Leave a gap of at least 0.5 mm
between the Display and the Front Panel inside the LED lamp, to avoid that the
display glass sticks to the plastic edge where the EMC gasket seal is.
5 Reinstall the display plates (E) by tightening the four screws (F).
6 Reinstall and tighten the six screws (C) holding the Display (D). Do not use
thread locking compound.

Place the Front Panel correctly. Make sure that no cables are pinched between
the Front Panel and the chassis.

Reinstall and tighten the four screws (A) holding the Front Panel. Do not use
thread locking compound.
9 Connect all cables between the Front Panel and the PCB. Pay special attention
to J2. Do not use force!

Perform a function test before the assembly continues.
Ensure the following functions, check that the:
ð Display is centered in the Front Panel. If not, loosen the screws holding the
display and align it.
