5.2 Remove the Cover

Disassemble

Disconnect the mains connector.

Use a Spanner for notched nut to remove the Probe Connection Port nut (A).

Remove the two screws (B) holding the cover (C).

Remove the cover (C).
Assemble
1
Reinstall the cover (C).
Make sure that the lock washer on the Probe Connection Port (LEMO connector
on main PCB) is still present. Important for proper grounding.
Make sure that no cables are pinched between the cover and the chassis.

Reinstall and tighten the two screws (B) holding the cover (C). Tighten to 4 Nm.

Reinstall the Probe Connection Port nut (A).

Use a Spanner for notched nut and tighten the Probe Connection Port nut.

Check the resistance between the ground pin in the mains socket and the
outside of the probe cable connector, should be 9 ohm or lower. If not, check
the lock washer on the Probe Connection Port.
