Disassemble
1
Disconnect the mains connector.

Remove the cover, see Disassemble in Remove the Cover [
}
28].

Remove the Accessories Plate (B), see Disassemble in Remove Accessories
Plate [ } 29].
4 Remove the J2 cable (F). Carefully tap the screwdriver / locking alternately left/
right to loosen the cable from the connector. Do not use force!

Remove all other cables on the PCB (C).

Remove the four screws (D) holding the PCB (C).

Remove the PCB (C).

Remove the distance (E) from the PCB (C).
WARNING
Electrical hazard!
When function test is performed on an open instrument, there is a risk of electrical
shock.
Assemble 1 Reinstall the distance (E) onto the PCB.
2 Place the new PCB in correct position.
3 Reinstall and tighten the four screws (D) holding the PCB.
4 Reinstall all cables on the PCB. Pay special attention to J2. Do not use force!
5 Perform a function test before the assembly continues.
ð Ensure the following functions, check that the:
ð Blue LED is lit.
ð Display is lit up and functions.
ð Touch function on the display is working.
ð Sound in earphone and speaker is working.
ð Probe is working in both front and rear Probe sockets.
ð I/O port is functional. Use Sentrac I/O Connector test PCB card 598-441 and
the built in software test.
ð
SD-card reader is working.

7 Reinstall the Accessories Plate (B), see Assemble in Remove Accessories Plate

29].

Reinstall the cover, see Assemble in Remove the Cover [
}
28].
