12 Removing the IBM
International ISDN PC Card
The IBM International ISDN PC Card is removed in two steps
from your Windowsbased computer:
•
Remove any NDIS WAN CAPI Drivers installed
•
Remove the CAPI 2.0-compliant drivers
12.1 Removing the IBM ISDN PC Card from
Windows 95, Windows 98 and
Windows Millennium Edition
1.
Leave the IBM International ISDN PC Card in the PCMCIA
slot. Disconnect the card’s ISDN cable from the ISDN
Line.
2.
Click “Start / Settings / Control Panel” to open the Con-
trol Panel.
3.
Double-click the “Network” icon.
4.
On the “Configuration” dialog page, select the “NDIS
WAN CAPI Driver” in the list of network components.
5.
Click “Remove” button, then “OK”. Confirm that you
want to restart your computer.
