Press F4 to list the disk drive modules.
6. A list of disk drive modules is displayed.
If the disk drive module, or modules, that you want to remove is in the list, select
the module, or modules, from the list, then go to step 6 on page 150.
If any disk drive module that you want to remove is not in the list:
a. Run the Link Verification service aid (see the chapter about service aids in the
User’s Guide and Maintenance Information manual for your SSA adapter).
b. Check whether the SSA loop is broken.
c. If the SSA loop is broken, go to step 6d.
If the SSA loop is not broken, go to step 9 on page 151.
d. Check whether the SSA loop is broken only at the disk drive module that you
want to remove.
If the SSA loop is broken only at that position, go to step 9 on page 151.
If the SSA loop is broken somewhere else, close down the using system (see
the Installation and Service Guide for the using system), then go to step 9 on
page 151.
