Exchange an APC
Important
Follow carefully the procedure. You MUST remove the cables before removing the APC module.

Locate the APC module using “2220 Rear
View in 37 U Rack” on page 6-16.
At the rear of the machine loosen the two
screws

that secure the cover and
remove the cover.

Loosen the screws that secure the APC
cables.
Note: To unscrew the screws of
connectors in position, 3 and 5 (if
Model 501 is connected) on an
APC module type B, first
disconnect the two coax cables
from the T-connector in position 4.
Unplug the APC cables.
Unplug the T-connector (if present on the
APC module type B).

Loosen the screws on the latches.
Unlock the latches as shown, then remove
the module from its location.
