At the rear of the machine secure the
ACDC and connect the earth straps using
the four screws previously removed

Connect the earth strap to the ACDC

.E/

.

Connect the cables previously removed in
the following order:

1. Control panel cable to the J3

connector

.D/

.

2. Signal cable to the J4 connector

.C/

.

3. DC cable to the the J2 connector

.B/

.

4. AC cable to AC plug

.A/

.

On the ACDC that you have installed,
check that the MOV connector

.G/

is

installed.

Important

The MOV connector must be
connected for lightning protection.

Switch the main CB ON.

Check on the ACDC that:

1. The green LEDs AC GOOD and

DC/HDW GOOD are ON.

2. The yellow LED BATTERY

EXCHANGE REQUIRED can be ON
or OFF.

Check that the corresponding green LED
on the control panel is ON. If not, check
the ACDC installation. If the problem
persists call the Network Support Center.
Otherwise continue with the next bullet.

Perform the power test, refer to “How to
Test an ACDC Power and Battery” on
page 4-25. This test must reset the yellow
LED BATTERY EXCHANGE REQUIRED
to OFF if after ACDC exchanging, this LED
was ON.

If the yellow LED BATTERY EXCHANGE
REQUIRED do not turn OFF call the
Network Support Center. Otherwise
continue with the procedure.
