User Manual
If you have chosen to connect over USB
1. Tap Connect at the bottom of the screen. Wait a few moments for GPRS to connect.
2. Now connect your device to your computer using the USB cable supplied.
3. Device Status will show Connected. Your PC is now connected to the Internet.
NOTE: You must run ActiveSync 4.5 or later on the PC to use this feature. If you are running an earlier version,
upgrade to this using the companion CD that came with your device.
If you have chosen to connect using Bluetooth PAN
1. You will be prompted about your wish to make your device visible to other users. Click Yes if this is the
fi
rst time
that you are setting up the connection.
2. On your PC, perform a Bluetooth Search for the device.
3. Follow the process shown on your PC screen to bond it to the device.
4. On your PC, go to
Start > Connect to > Show All connections.
5. Double click the Icon in the Bluetooth Personal Area Network area.
6. Choose to connect the PC to the device.
7. Your PC will now be connected to the Internet.

Java is a programs environment supporting a wide variety of applications running on mobile
devices, such as games and useful applets.
You can use the Java program to download Java games or applications.

Tap
Start > Programs > Java.

Tap Install > Browser to open the Internet Explorer Mobile 6 browser and enable games and other applications to be
downloaded directly from the Internet and installed automatically.
TIP: Download the
