Clean and disinfect waste container.

Monthly Maintenance Procedure
Where a disinfecting is required use always a non alcoholic type!
Do not use any disinfectants containing alcohol for Plexiglas surfaces and for
the manifold (e.g. cover)!
Disinfectants must not come into contact with bearings and guides, as other-
wise the greasy film may dissolve!
Disinfectants must not be used in the vicinity of circuit boards and light barri-
ers!
1.
Clean reagent and patient racks.
2.
Clean all four washer buffer bottles with distillated water.
3.
Check the internal waste bottle ’2’ and empty it if necessary.
Clean the system liquid container with distillated water.
4.
Clean and disinfect the external waste container.
5.
Clean plate carriers.
Do not clean heated incubators!

Service Plan (to be performed by
authorised Service Engineers)
Periodically, during the year, a specific preventive maintenance can be run by the au-
thorised technical personnel.
A specific procedure will be followed to ensure a good check on all the instrument
parts, which are:

Photometer
•
Washer
•
Incubator
•
Plate transport
