Vibrate
To set your phone to vibrate instead of making any sounds, follow the steps below.
► Press the volume down button in standby mode until you see the image below on the
screen.
The phone vibrates and the vibrate mode icon ( ) appears on the status bar.
To set your phone to always vibrate in addition to any ringer settings:
1. Open the Notifications panel, and then touch > Sound .
2. Select the Vibrate check button.
3. Touch .
Volume
You can separately adjust your phone
’s multimedia, ringtone and notifications, and alarm
volumes.
1. Open the Notifications panel, and then touch > Sound > Volumes .
2. Drag the volume sliders on the screen to adjust the media, ringtone and notifications,
and alarm, volumes.
3. Touch OK .
Note: You can adjust the ringer volume in standby mode (or the earpiece volume during a call)
by pressing the volume up or down button.
Incoming Calls
You can select and assign ringtones for your incoming calls.
Phone Ringtone
Select a default ringtone for incoming calls. Your phone provides a variety of ringtones that you
can set as the default ringtone of your phone.
1. Open the Notifications panel, and then touch > Sound > Phone ringtone .
2. Touch the ringtone you want to use, and then touch Apply . The ringtone briefly plays
when selected.
