If not already selected, select the
Paper Jam Handling mode
check box.

If the time allocated by the software for handling a paper jam has expired, you are
notified to clean the blanket manually before proceeding.

If required by the system, clean the blanket using a folded lint-free wipe soaked with
imaging oil. The blanket is clean when you rub it with a clean, lint-free wipe and the
wipe does not appear tinted.

Close the blanket hood and click

Note
If the Print Cleaner wizard’s Paper Jam Handling
mode fails, change the first paper type. Use
paper thicker than 150 microns for the Print Cleaner function.

Resume printing. Monitor the print quality of several prints after a paper jam. Full
blanket recovery may take effect only after several sheets have been printed.
