Cleaning operation setting
Tip
For automatic cleaning, approximately 30 seconds are required for each cleaning time.
Once cleaning has started, the automatic cleaner continues to operate until the specified
cleaning time elapses, and then stops at the next top dead point.
For example, if the cleaning time is set to 20 seconds, the cleaning operation ends in one
stroke of the reciprocating motion. If it is set to 40 seconds, it ends in two strokes of the
reciprocating motion.
If a cleaning command is a trigger, the cleaning operation is performed for the specified
cleaning time per trigger.
(Cleaning operation continues while trigger signals are continuously input.)
If the start time for automatic cleaning and that for automatic zero calibration are the same,
automatic zero calibration is always started first. If automatic cleaning is to be started during
automatic calibration or automatic zero calibration is to be started during automatic cleaning,
the automatic cleaning or automatic zero calibration will only be started after the current
operation is completed.
Automatic
cleaner
operation
setting
If you do not want to activate the cleaner or there is not a cleaner, set
“no”. In this case the cleaner will be operated by the test mode.
Even when a cleaner is provided, if you do not want to activate the
operation using the timer, set to “no”. In this case, the automatic cleaner
can still be operated in the test mode.
When an automatic cleaner is provided and if you want to activate the
cleaning operation automatically using the internal timer, set to “yES”. If
“yES” is set, the connection with the automatic cleaner will be checked.
