Connecting the battery inverter
ATTENTION!
The battery system must be connected only to battery inverters that have been approved by
HOPPECKE.
For connection to the battery inverter approved for the HOPPECKE sun|powerpack
premium (see Table 1). These inverters meet among others the requirements of galvanic
isolation necessary:

Observe and follow the sequence of the electrical connection strictly!
Note:
Switch off the battery inverter before connecting the battery connecting cable. Follow the
information provided in the manufacturer's documentation.
1. First connect the battery connecting cable to the battery inverter. Follow the
information provided in the manufacturer's documentation.
2. Connect the communication cable to the appropriate connection on the inverter.
Follow the information provided in the manufacturer's documentation.
3. Route the battery connecting cable and the communication cable to the battery
system. If the battery inverter is placed below or beside the battery system, the
cables may be routed in the left or right opening (see Figure 22) to the top of the
battery system (connecting cable up to 50mm2 cross section for plus and minus).
