Note:
It must be possible to lock with a door the room in which the battery system is located. The door
must be kept closed. HOPPECKE recommends an automatically closing door or an automatic
door closer.
Note:
A smoke detector must be installed on the ceiling at the installation site and above the battery
system.
6.2.
Tools and Equipment
The following tools are required for installation:
Allen key 4 mm for fixing the battery stacks in the housing and connecting the housing
with screws to the wall mount
Box spanner 8 mm / torque wrench for fixing the protective earth conductor to the
grounding point of the housing.
Tools and installation material for the wall mount.
Insulated torque wrench 10 mm for connecting the terminal nuts with screws to the
battery stacks.
Drilling machine (with drill bits for appropriate subsurface of the mounting wall)
Spirit level
