Complaint After switching on the balancer, the screen shows E92
Root cause
2D sape or geodata arm not in home position.
2D sape or geodata arm not calibrated.
Distance and/or diameter potentiomer are unplugged.
Distance and/or diameter potentiometer are reversed on the IBP box.
Distance potentiometer defective.
Diameter potentiometer defective
Service Code C80, C81, C92, C82, C122, C90.
Actions to do
Make sure about 2D sape or geodata arm in home position
Calibrate 2D sape or geodata arm.
Plug the Distance and/or diameter potentiomer.
Connect the Distance and/or diameter potentiometer to the proper plug on IBP box
Check and replace the Distance potentiometer
Check and replace the Diameter potentiometer
E141 Check sum of EEPROM 1 is wron
Code C28 000169
Complaint After switching on the balancer, the screen shows E141
Root cause
EEprom of IBP box is defective.
IBP box has been replaced
Service Code C47, C74, C86, C80, C81, C82, C115, C84, C88, C122, C90
Actions to do
Make sure about the proper communication with C74
Perform the C47 changing model and then One more C47 with the correct model
Replace the IBP box.
E144 Check sums of both EEPROMs are wrong

EEprom of IBP box and Optoencoder are defective.
IBP box and Optoencoder have been replaced
Service Code C74, C47, C86, C85, C80, C81, C82, C115, C84, C88, C122, C90
Actions to do
Make sure about the proper communication with C74
Perform the C47 changing model and then One more C47 with the correct model
Replace the IBP box or Optoencoder.
E145 Contents of the EEPROMs are different

Complaint After switching on the balancer, the screen shows E145
Root cause
Contents of both permanent memories are different, but both contain valid data.
EEprom of IBP box and Optoencoder are not matching each other.
IBP box or Optoencoder have been replaced
Service Code C74, C85, C86, C80, C81, C82, C115, C84, C88, C122, C90
Actions to do
Make sure about the proper communication with C74
Perform the C85 if Optoencoder has been replaced
Perform C86 if IBP box has been replaced.
