Rinse operations
differ from the
settings.
Is the laundry concentrated on one side?
z
If so, another rinse operation may be added
to correct this. (The remaining time indicator
will increase, but the display for the number of
rinse operations will not.)
Load laundry into the drum carefully to avoid
concentration on one side.
(P. 19, 20)
Did you add excessive amounts of detergent?
z
If foaming is excessive during the rinse and
spin operations, the setting will be changed to
Water-Injection Rinse to reduce the foam.
Refer to the detergent indicator to determine the
appropriate amount of detergent.
(P. 26, 27)
z
If the laundry could not be evenly distributed
during the spin operation, the setting will
change to Water-Injection Rinse automatically.
This is not a malfunction.
z
When two or more rinse cycles are set, the first
rinse operation will always be Sprinkle Rinse.
(P. 60)
This is not a malfunction.
[EX] is lit, but water
injection does not
occur.
z
Softener is added during the final rinse. In
order to mix in the softener, Water-Injection
Rinse will automatically change to Normal
Rinse during the final rinse.
This is not a malfunction.
The machine
returns to the rinse
operation during
the spin operation.
Did the laundry gravitate to one side during the
final spin?
z
If so, the machine will return to the rinse
operation to correct this.
This is not a malfunction.
The drum rotation
speed changes
during the spin
operation.
z
The drum rotation speed adjusts automatically
according to the wash load size and
distribution.
This is not a malfunction.
The
HIGH
indicator
lights during spin
operations.
Are you running the [SOFT] program?
z
If so,
HIGH
will light because the heater is used
during the spin operation.
This is not a malfunction.
The Tangle-Free
Finish operation
does not occur
after spinning.
Did you disable the Tangle-Free Finish function?
For details on the Tangle-Free Finish setting, see
(P. 69)
.
z
The Tangle-Free Finish function will not operate
for operations that do not include the wash
cycle.
This is not a malfunction.
Is the wash load large?
z
The Tangle-Free Finish function may not
operate for large wash loads (6 k
g
or more).
This is not a malfunction.
The spinning
operation seems
insufficient (i.e.,
laundry is still wet).
Is the spin cycle set to a short running time?
Set the spin cycle to a longer running time.
