Function test of ID-fan using the aggregate
test
Check ID-Fan for abnormal or conspicuous
running noises
Sensor barrier
(intermediate
hopper -BFP)
Unscrew revision cover (depending on the
boiler type).
Check BFP flap visually for damages, wear
and tightness.
Clean
sensors
on
the
inside
of
the
intermediate hopper (at BFP) with soft tissue
on the left and right.
Heat exchanger
Demount top boiler cover (1)
Unscrew
and
remove
heat
exchanger
insulation cover (2)
Remove deposit and check heat exchanger
visually for damages and wear
Conduct function test of heat exchanger using
the aggregate test
Check rinsing function with unit test and clean
if necessary
Siphon
Clean or flush siphon
