Replace
Replace is similar to the Find command except that it will find a specific word or phrase and replace it with a different
word or phrase. This feature is especially useful if you need to create 2 tables where only a prefix or suffix is different.
Table Pop-up Menu
When you are working in the table, you may want to access the shortcut pop-up menu to save time. Many of the
most popular TagPrint Pro tools are listed in this pop-up menu.
To access the shortcut pop-up menu, you must click the right mouse button somewhere on the table itself. The menu
will appear on the screen. Simply click on one of the active items in the menu to use the shortcut. If you do not wish
to make a selection, click with the left mouse button somewhere else on the table.
Saving a Table
You can save a data table at any point in TagPrint Pro. If you also have a label design open, make sure the table win-
dow is highlighted first. You can find the
Save commands in the File menu.
