HellermannTyton TagPrint Pro Software Packages’
End-User License Agreement

The TagPrint for Windows and TagPrint Pro software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. HellermannTyton or its suppliers own the title,

Grant of License:

Installation and Use -

You are allows to install, use, access, display, and run one (1) registered/licensed copy of TagPrint for Windows and the TagPrint Pro up
to the number of computers located within the confines of a single, physical building/location.

Storage/Network Use -

You may also store or install one (1) registered/licensed copy of TagPrint for Windows and/or TagPrint Pro on a storage device, such as a
network server, and use it to install or run the TagPrint for Windows and/or TagPrint Pro software on other workstation computers,
again, within the confines of a single, physical building/locations.

Any mobile systems, such as laptops, must have their “home-base” located within the single, physical building/location of the registered
copy of TagPrint for Windows or TagPrint Pro.

Technical Support -

With multiple users possible under one (1) registered/licensed copy of TagPrint for Windows and TagPrint Pro, you are allowed only one
“contact” or “go-to-person” per license.

Transfer:

Internal -

You may not move or copy TagPrint for Windows or TagPrint Pro to a different workstation computer outside of the confines of a single,
physical building/location.

Third Party -

The initial user of TagPrint for Windows or TagPrint Pro may make a one-time transfer of TagPrint for Windows or TagPrint Pro to
another end-user. The transfer has to include all component parts, media, printed materials, this End-User License Agreement), and, if
applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity. All copies at the original, single, physical building/location must then be deleted from any or
all workstations and/or network servers before completion of transfer.

The transfer may not be an indirect transfer, such as a consignment.

Prior to the transfer, the end-user receiving the transferred TagPrint for Windows or TagPrint Pro software, must agree to the EULA
terms.

Rental -

You may not rent, lease, or lend TagPrint for Windows or TagPrint Pro.

Limitation on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly, etc.:

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble TagPrint for Windows or TagPrint Pro, except and only to the extent that
applicable law, notwithstanding this limitation, expressly permits it.

Entire Agreement

This End-User License Agreement, including any addendum or amendment to this End-User License Agreement, which is included with
the TagPrint for Windows and TagPrint Pro software, are the entire agreement between you and HellermannTyton relating to the TagPrint
for Windows and TagPrint Pro software and the support services (if any). They supercede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written
communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the TagPrint for Windows and TagPrint Pro software or any other subject
matter covered by this End-User License Agreemen. To the extent that the terms of any HellermannTyton policies or programs for sup-
port services conflict with the terms of this End-User License Agreemen, the terms of this End-User License Agreemen shall control.
