CONSISTENCY OF SUPPLY
3.1. MACHINE IDENTIFICATION
The identification plate of the machine is on the frame and mentions the following data:

3.2. MACHINE CERTIFICATION
Directive 2006/42/EC sets out the minimum conditions in which a machine can be released on the EU market.
The Directive requires that all machines can be sold and commissioned only if they do not jeopardize the
safety and health of humans,pets or property.
The machine with manualloading and unloading of pieces does not fall into any of the machines categories
listed in the list provided in Annex IV of the Directive. To certify the conformity of the machine with the
prescriptions indicated in the Machinery Directive, prior to commissioning, GM Distribution S.r.l. has carried
out all tests and inspections required by the reference standards, including risks analysis, in order to evaluate
punctual compliance with the essential health and safety requirements specified in the Directive. The technical
file of the construction, which contains the fundamental project data and all the characteristics correlated to
the safety of the machine, was developed in accordance with Annex VII to Directive 2006/42/EC and has
been deposited in our offices and available to inspection by supervising organs at motivated request, as
required under current regulations.
GM Distribution S.r.l. having checked by means of the above mentioned analysis that the machine was
designed and built in compliance with the provisions contained in Directive 2006/42/EC, andthat it therefore
meets the relevant prescriptions, and that it can be safely used in service conditions listed in this manual, has
released the machine on the marketaccompanied by the following:
