6.1. WORKSTATIONS AND DUTIES OF THE DRIVER
Moving around with the machine can be dangerous and loss of control, collisions or a fall can
result in serious injury.
In order to reduce risks and dangers, the user must take note of the instructions for safe use.
This manual provides all the necessary information on techniques for proper circulation.
The machine described in this manual is designed to be conducted
by n. 1 operator
trained
and made aware of the residual risks, but with the skills, safety, drivers of vehicles on the road
and having professionals as described in Chapter n.4.
The driver / operator is responsible for:
1. operating the machine in the service conditions specified in this manual
2. verifiy the reading of data from the control panel or tools, such maneuvers are
easy when carried out is safe conditions and as clearly described in the User Instructions;
3. normal riding of the machine, starting and stopping the machine in normal
conditions and stopping in emergency conditions;
4. general surveillance on the condition of the machine which for example control of
the state of cleanliness of the machine, etc ...; in case of necessity, must not carry out
interventions but must activate the maintenance service.
5. cleaning the exterior and interior of the machine and any other parts that need to
be cleaned, such as the inside of the liquid containers, with fixed and movable guards in
locked and closed position (cleaning the internal parts that require a removal of fixed
guards are assigned to the maintenance technician).
In addition to the normal operation of the machine, the operator has the task to start and stop
the machine in normal condizioniand to stop it in emergency conditions.
The Operator also has the responsibility to monitor and surveil the general condtitionof the
machine. In case of necessity, he must not carry out interventions, but activate the
maintenance service or contact the authorized service center.
All operations are carried out by the operator in charge,
must be conducted with all
protective devices enabled, including fixed guards if any and all safety equipment active,
otherwise there is danger of injury to the limbs, or other body parts.
All handling, preparation, adjustment, recording, installation, and testing
must be
performed by trained and competent maintenance personnel (refer Chapter n.7).
