Color Engraving With Waveform
One of the benefits of waveforms is to do color marking on metal materials. The illustration utilizes a S290LS
40HHS model to process matt 304 stainless steel.
Firstly design a matrix with fixed speed/ power range, and frequency, change multiple waveforms as the key
parameter, different colors can be marked by laser.
Recommended parameter settings for 40HHS model is low speed range under 15%, moderate power range
28~55%, and fixed 3000 DPI with waveforms selection 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Pick up the preferred color, and repeat the corresponding parameters to color your design graphic. The process
will greatly save your time than going through complicated parameter experiment.
