Releasing a Hardware Error of the Library/Drive

If a hardware error occurs in the library or drive, recovery operation to release the error is
performed.

Remarks:

During this recovery operation, the library and drive cannot be used
for any software backup operation.  Wait to use them until after the
recovery operation is complete.

If a hardware error of the library occurs, "error code" is displayed in the Library
Status table in the home window.  Also, the Library Error icon is lit in the icon area.
