Applicable
standards and
guidelines
Fronius hybrid inverter:
CE mark
The devices conform to all the requisite and relevant standards and guidelines
that form part of the relevant EU directive, and are therefore permitted to dis-
play the CE mark.
Emergency power operation
This version of the hybrid inverter is only intended for use in grid connected
photovoltaic systems. A device update is required from the manufacturer in or-
der to generate power independently of the public grid. As well as providing
functional enhancements for the hardware and software, this update also in-
cludes relevant user documentation.
The hybrid inverter is delivered ready for supplying emergency power.
Power outage
The standard measurement and safety procedures integrated into the inverter
ensure that in the event of a power outage, the feed-in of energy is immediately
interrupted (e.g. switch-off by the energy supplier or damage to lines).
