G- and B-Series Valves
Use the procedure below to repair, replace, or clean the G- or B-series valves or
associated parts. The G- and B-series valves are listed in Table 4.
Note
Valves can be replaced without removing the entire dock assembly.
However, instructions for complete removal are included here.
1. Shut off the supply pressure and vent the system.
2. Remove all pressure lines and fittings from the manifold.
3. Use the procedures explained earlier to remove all PMMs and PCMs, top
panel, and COMM tray.
If the valves will be removed without completely removing the dock
assemblies, stop here. For complete removal of dock assemblies, also see

Valves come with coils and wires installed. The coils can be reused and only
replace the valve if the coil is still good. See Figure 20 and Table 3 for
wire/connector placement if installing new coil.
