Typical SETUP sequence by means of the CNC

In this Chapter we shall describe a typical operational sequence to be performed by the 

operator to 

SETUP

 the machine every time a new 

CANONIC PROGRAM

 is 

processed.

We shall call 

CANONIC PROGRAM

 the program performed on a section, having 

variable length, which involves the processing of a part. 

 

-

 

For every 

CANONIC PROGRAM

 the operator will normally have a display listing all 

the necessary parameters for the 

SETUP

 operations.
