Service messages class 200 – Operator Messages
Message number Meaning
200.001 Min. lubricating grease level
200.002 Air pressure insufficient; displayed after five second
200.003 Oil filter dirty
200.004 Pincher lifting/lowering operation not allowed when pincher is closed; displayed if
the operator try to move up and down the pincher when closed
200.005 Thermal protections of drilling unit out-feed table electric
200.009 Loading table motor thermal protection ON
200.014 Timeout aux functions after the vice closing cycle; displayed if the signal of one of
four probes doesn’t appear after vice closing.
200.016 Unloading table motor thermal protection ON
200.017 Check vices vertical hold downs; displayed during pincher carriage moving if the
worked profile is higher than 300 mm. and at least one of all proximity for stroke
choking is “True”. That means if the profile goes into the vice it collide with a vice
vertical holder too low.
200.030 Thermal protections of drilling unit in-feed table electric motors
200.052 Carriage not in safety area; displayed if the movement of drilling unit or cutting unit
can collide with the pincher axis
200.053 Conveyor not in safety area; displayed when load or unload carts can collide with
profile
200.062 Result not OK against request for X/LP positioning for probing with vertical probes
200.081 Chips unloader emergency
200.091 Min. lubricating oil level; displayed during blade rotation if the oil level stays low at
least for five seconds
200.099 Tool selected in Y plane arrived at its max. working life; displayed when the tool of
first drilling head (datum line side) has reached its maximum life. The operator
must replace the tool and press the “New tool” push-button in the setup page or
manually clear all life counters
200.100 The same of message 200.099 but for second optional drilling head
200.105 Wait for part unloading; displayed if a bar is waiting to be worked while the cutting
unit is operating on the previous bar; when possible the operator must press “Start
Cycle” to restart the normal working
200.110 Drilling unit vice vertical clamping stroke choking not correct
200.111 Blade life is on pre-alarm limit; displayed when the blade of cutting unit has
reached its pre-alert life. The operator must replace the blade and press the “New
blade” push-button in the setup page or manually clear all life counters
200.112 The same of message 200.111 but for final life of the blade
200.113 Unloading carriage axis positioning required beyond barriers
200.119 Drill lubrication min. oil level
200.128 Infeed table motor inverter not ok
200.129 Outfeed table motor inverter not ok
200.131 Attention: part in pincher is too short
200.135 Marking counteracting device type not correct; displayed if the counteracting ex-
tension is not present when working L profiles
200.137 Electrical cabinet air filter dirty; displayed each one hundred hours of work
200.138 Lubricate the system; display each one hundred sixty hours of work
200.151 Scribing utility not configured; displayed if the operator programs a scribing opera-
tion without the related license
200.200 Web lower side scribing tool entered the protected area; displayed if the scribing
tool for the lower side of the web can collide with flanges or pincher or if it can go
out of the profile.
201.012 Drilling tool too long; displayed if, with drilling head in vertical position, is not possi-
ble to pass over the flanges
202.004 Probe not lowered
202.005 Signal missing of excluded probe proximity
202.008 Signal missing of probe zero reference limit switch
202.089 The signal of switched off drilling tools storage unit is missing; displayed if no sig-
nal comes from proximity when tool magazine is far from drilling head
