Output stage temperature warning
Definable as: -/
W
/I
Diagnostic memory: optional
Temperature of output stage increased.
Check cylinder sizing.
Check motor and cabling for short circuits.
Check the mechanics for sluggishness.
Reduce the ambient temperature; take output derating into account; improve heat dissipation.
–
For parameterisation as a warning: The warning disappears if the temperature is back below the
danger threshold.
34h
Safe Torque Off (STO)
Definable as: F/
W
/I
Diagnostic memory: optional
The “Safe Torque Off ” safety function has been requested.
Observe the separate documentation for the STO function.
–
If parameterised as an error: The error can only be reset after the cause is eliminated.
Definable error response(s): 0
–
For parameterisation as a warning: The warning disappears if the STO is no longer requested.
35h
CAN Node Guarding, FB does not have master con
trol
Definable as: -/
W
/I
Diagnostic memory: optional
There is no connection to the CAN master. The CAN bus does not currently have master control over
the device.
Adjust the remote frame cycle time to the PLC and check the PLC for failure.
Check cabling: cable specification adhered to, cable break, maximum cable length exceeded,
correct terminating resistors, cable screening grounded, all wires connected?
Replace the device to test the setup. If another device works flawlessly with the same wiring, it
means the device is defective.
–
If parameterised as a warning: The warning disappears when the connection to the CAN Master is
re-established.
36h
CAN bus comm. stopped by master, FB does not
have master control
Definable as: -/
W
/I
Diagnostic memory: optional
The CAN master has stopped bus communication. The CAN bus does not currently have master con
trol over the device.
Check master.
–
If parameterised as a warning: The warning disappears when communication works again.
