5.4 Checking the fuel level, topping up fuel
5.4.1 Checking the fuel level
1. Check the fuel level on the fuel gauge.
2. Refuel if required, shut the engine down to
do so.
5.4.2 Refuelling
NOTICE!
Danger of engine damage!
– Never run the fuel tank dry, as
otherwise the fuel system needs
to be bled.
– Monitor the entire refuelling
process.
– Contaminated fuel can cause
malfunction or even damage of
the engine. If necessary, fill in
fuel through a screen filter.
– Use only fuel of the permitted
specification
