Thoroughly clean the area around the filter

housing.

4.

Unscrew the filter lid.

5.

Pull out filter carrier (2) together with filter

element (1).

6.

Attach the new filter element to the filter

carrier and reinsert it into the filter housing.

7.

Tighten the filter lid, tightening torque:

23 Nm (17 ft·lbs).

8.

Dispose of the filter element in an environ-

mentally friendly manner.
