MAINTENANCE PLAN
Perform planned maintenance according to the instructions

Do not use a high-pressure cleaner or direct water jet for cleaning hydraulic rolls (piston rod) and
bearings and electronic parts. The bearings and seals are not waterproof under high pressure.
Hydraulic system
Checking the function, tightness, mounting and worn
spots of all hydraulic components and hoses

Hydraulic hoses – replacement:
Damaged outer casing of the hose
(mechanically or rotten)
Fluid leakage (mostly in end pieces)
Bulges or blisters on the hose
Deformed or corroded end piece
Loosened end piece – the hose spins

Hydraulic hoses – replacement:
Useful life of the hose is exceeded

!!! PREVENTION means removing the problem according to the plan,
outside the season, without stress and comfortably, before a secondary
problem, accident or risk of injury occurs.
