The food does not get
dehydrated
1. Food cut too thick
2. Too much food in machine
3. Temperature set too low
4. Dried too short
5. Heating element not working
1. In the future, cut the food into
thinner slices and first dab it
with a dry cloth. Then dry the
food for longer and/or at a
higher temperature
2. Remove some of the food
from the machine.
3. Increase the temperature.
4. Leave the food in the dryer
longer
5. Contact the supplier if you
have gone through steps
1 to 4 without result
The device does not
heat up
1. Give device more time to
warm up
2. Heating element failure
1. Wait 15 minutes or more for
