Intended use
The flexible cryoprobe is intended for the devitalization of tissue
by freezing and for tissue biopsy, recanalization, and removal of
foreign bodies.

Normal use
The flexible cryoprobe is connected to an Erbokryo CA or
Erbokryo AE via the connecting adapter (Art. No. 20416-034).

Safety instructions
These products may only be used by trained medical staff who
have been instructed in their use on the basis of the Notes on
Use.
Pacemakers can be impaired or damaged by exposure to cold. If
the operating field is in the direct vicinity of a pacemaker, it is
absolutely essential to consult a cardiologist prior to performing
an operation with a cryoprobe!
Check gas pressure on the unit. The cryoprobes can be operated
in a pressure range from 40 to 60 bar. Do not expose the cryo-
probes to pressure above 60 bar (red zone on the pressure
gauge).
