Only perform the photometer test directly after reactor flushing. This produces a
sufficiently stable value. Condensate formed on the optical windows would cause the
signal to fluctuate too much.
4. Remove all the hoses from the bottles and empty them:

5. Disconnect the analyzer from the mains.
Cleaning the reactor manually
To clean the reactor manually, you need the cleaning brush (length 180 mm, head length
75 mm, nylon bristles, spiral handle; included in the analyzer delivery).
1.

Loosen the 3 Torx screws on the transparent cover of the reactor.
2. Remove the reactor cover.
3. To gain better access to the reactor, carefully tilt the carrier plate forwards.
4.
Loosen the hose connection on the reactor opening and pull out the hose.
5. Cover the brush with cleaner (do not immerse the brush directly in the bottle, avoid
contamination).
6. Insert the brush carefully into the reactor opening as far as it will go and move it
several times in all directions.
7. Remove any cleaning agent residue on the reactor opening with a damp cloth.
8. Mount the hose back on the connection of the reactor opening.
Rinsing with water and calibrating
1. Reconnect the power supply and wait for the analyzer to restart.
2. Connect the bottles to the correct hoses again.
