The purge control panel (
Figure 3-4
) is used to program the operation of the overpressure
air system that prevents flammable and explosive gases from entering the electrical
compartment of the Rosemount
™
CT5100(Ex). Adjustment of the overpressure air system
must only be performed by maintenance personnel.
Five LEDs, identified as K1, K2, PSV, Bypass, and PT100, are located on the upper part of
the purge control panel. These five LEDs indicate the status of the overpressure air system.
