Receiving, Handling, and Storage
Receiving:
Every effort is made to ensure that your GSC400 gen-set controller arrives at its
destination undamaged and ready for installation. The packaging is designed to protect
the GSC400 internal components as well as the enclosure. Care should be taken to
any signs of damage that may have occurred during transportation. Any

ntil the controller is ready for installation.

Handling:
As previously mentioned, each GSC400 gen-set controller is packaged in its own
individual box. Protect the equipment f

Storage:
Although well packaged, this equipment is not suitable for outdoor storage. I
GSC400 is to be stored indoors for any period of time, it should be stored with its
protective packaging in place. Protect the controller at all times from excessive moisture,
dirty conditions, corrosive conditions, and other contam
f the
inants. It is strongly
ecommended that the package-protected equipment be stored in a climate-controlled
nvironment of -20 to 65°C (-4 to 149°F), with a relative humidity of 80% or less. Do not
tack other equipment on top of the stored controllers.
