Funciones de la memoria USB

Edición de memoria para PI

Lectura de datos:

Aquí se puede seleccionar cada uno de los
archivos del directorio «WELD DATA». Para
ello, se deben emplear las teclas «UP» y
«DOWN». Se pueden elegir los siguientes
tipos de archivo:
   XXX.E2K = conjunto de características

estándar

   XXX.E2E = conjunto de características

especiales

   XXX.E2J = conjunto de tareas para

maletín 1

   XXX.E2D = conjunto de tareas para

maletín 2

  XXX.E2S = características única
  XXX.E2O = tarea única

sectores.

USB stick functions

Stick processing for PI

Reading files:

Individual files can be selected here from the

“WELD DATA” directory. This is done with the

‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ keys. The following file types

can be selected:
  XXX.E2K = Standard Characteristic Set
  XXX.E2E = Special Characteristic Set
  XXX.E2J = Job Set for Case 1
  XXX.E2D = Job Set for Case 2
  XXX.E2S = Individual Characteristic
  XXX.E2O = Individual Job

By pressing both keys simultaneously a

selected  file  is  written  to  the  FLASH  of  the

PI MRS 2 according to its extension. To ensure
data security, checks are performed while
writing to the FLASH. See error messages.

Back to the selection menu while pressing both
keys simultaneously for a longer time.

Close:

The stick function can be exited here.
Remove the USB stick only when the machine
is switched off.

Error messages:

To ensure data security, the data in the file is

secured with a CRC process and checked for
consistency when read. Secured data are:
Characteristic basic data, Characteristic sup-
port point data and the Job data. A format check
is also performed.
This may produce the following error mes-
sages:

  “Stick error xxx”
  “Format error”
  “CRC error”

Stick errors xxx occur if the USB stick used is
not the right type, is full or is write-protected.
The following are valid USB stick types:
BOMS Devices formatted in FAT12, FAT16 or
FAT32 File System. Sector size is 512 bytes.
No other file systems or sector sizes are
permitted.

USB-Stick-Funktionen

Stickbearbeitung für PI

Dateien lesen:

Hier können aus dem Verzeichnis „WELD
DATA“ einzelne Dateien angewählt werden.
Dies erfolgt mit Hilfe der ‚UP’- ‚DOWN’-Tasten.
Folgende Datei-Typen könne angewählt
werden:
  XXX.E2K = Standard-Kennliniensatz
  XXX.E2E = Sonder-Kennliniensatz
  XXX.E2J  = Job-Satz Koffer 1
  XXX.E2D = Job-Satz Koffer 2
  XXX.E2S = Einzelne Kennlinie
  XXX.E2O = Einzelner Job

Durch gleichzeitiges betätigen beider Tasten wird
eine angewählte Datei entsprechend ihrer Er-
weiterung ins FLASH der PI MRS 2 geschrieben.
Während des Schreibens auf das FLASH
werden Prüfungen durchgeführt, um Daten-
sicherheit zu gewähren. Siehe  Fehlermel-
dungen.

Zurück zum Auswahlmenü durch gleichzeitiges
langes betätigen beider Tasten.

Beenden:

Hier kann die Stick-Funktion verlassen werden.
USB-Stick nur  bei ausgeschalteter Maschine
entfernen.

Fehlermeldungen:

Um Datensicherheit zu erhalten werden die
Daten in der Datei durch ein CRC-Verfahren
gesichert und beim einlesen auf Konsistenz
überprüft. Gesicherte Daten sind:
Kennlinien-Grunddaten, Kennlinien-Stütz
punktdaten und die Job-Daten. Ebenfalls wird
eine Formatprüfung durchgeführt.
Dies kann zu folgende Fehlermeldungen
führen:

  „Stick-Fehler xxx“
 „Format-Fehler“
 „CRC-Fehler“

Stick-Fehler xxx treten auf, wenn der ver-
wendete USB-Stick nicht vom richtigen Typ ist,
voll ist oder einen Schreibschutz hat.
Gültige USB Stick-Typen sind:
BOMS Devices formatiert in FAT12, FAT16 oder
FAT32 File System. Sector size ist 512 bytes.
Keine anderen File Systeme oder Sector sizes
sind erlaubt.
