Installation Procedures
2.2 Unpacking the System

Always repack the system unit in its original packing material when moving or

relocating the system. This precaution protects the system from damage.

Note

Figure 2–2 shows the contents of a VAX 4000 Model 100 kit as an

example. The VAX 4000 100A/105A kits have no Ethernet Loopback

connector, and may contain up to three DSSI terminators, depending

on options ordered.
