Provider Before you begin, be sure you are aware of the service agreement
for your system. Your agreement will help you determine how
much troubleshooting and repair you should undertake yourself.
• If you plan to maintain the system yourself, use the
information in this chapter to help identify and fix the
problem.
• If you have a service agreement with Digital, you can contact
your Digital service representative for assistance.
