Configuring System Information

•

Single Connection

— Maintains a single open connection between the device and the server

when selected

The default parameters are user-defined defaults. The default settings are applied to newly
defined servers. If default values are not defined, the system defaults are applied to the new
new servers. The following are the defaults:

•

Source IP Address

— The default device source IP address used for the session between the

device and the server.

•

Key String (0-128 Characters)

— The default authentication and encryption key for

communication between the device and the server.

•

Timeout for Reply (1-30)

— The default time that passes before the connection between the device and

the times out.
