ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

5.1 INTRODUCTION

The electrical circuit diagram is discussed in this section. It is simple and easy to understand

the diagram for machine maintenance in the future. Here, the electrical component layout on the
machine and the component inside the electric cabinet will be described in section 5.2. The circuit
symbol explanation and the circuit diagram will be described in section 5.2.

5.2 ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS LAYOUT

The electrical components on the whole machine is shown in Figure 5.1.

•

The locations of limit switches, sensors, control panel and electric cabinet are indicated in the

figure. They provide a global view of the electrical system.
