4.7 CRADLE HYDRAULICS
63. Below the valve table, beside the engine,
cover the edge of the cradle, with a length
of rubber insulator. This will protect the
hydraulic hoses from rubbing on the metal
edge.
Note:
Refer to schematic for
specifics on the hydraulic fittings.
64. Bolt a hydraulic bi-directional relief valve to
the bottom of the valve mount support arm.
- The ports are numbered, which will be
referenced when installing the hoses.
65. Install the correct fittings onto both conveyor
belt valve and mover kit valve.
66. Bolt the valves to the bottom of the valve
mount plate.
67. Install the pressure gauges to the valves.
Use Loctite 545 Thread Sealant.
Note:
The drawing below will be used to
identify hose-to-valve locations.
