Dialling Single Digit at 2
nd
layer of Auto-attendant
The following are the dial through options available when a caller is listening to a greeting in 2nd
level of Auto-attendant.

Note:
The caller can dial through to an station, group or phantom mailbox at any level provided
they know the number to dial.
Recording of the 2
nd
level Voice Prompt:
A new menu option called “Multiple level AA” is added to Change Greetings under System
programming.
•
From the Programming Station, press the PROGRAM Key
•
Press the Scroll Down Key (
) until ‘System programming’ is displayed
•
Select ‘System programming’
•
Enter the System Programming Password
•
Select ‘System’
•
Press the Scroll Down Key (
) until ‘Change greetings’ is displayed
•
Select ‘Change greetings’
•
Press the Scroll Down Key (
) until ‘Multiple Level AA’ is displayed
•
Select ‘Multiple Level AA’
•
Select which greeting you want to record (Greeting 1-9)
•
When prompted, speak to record the new greeting
•
Press ‘Confirm’ when the recording has been completed.
Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.
Note:
If no AA dial through voice prompt is recorded for a digit, the call will be presented to the
pre-programmed group for that digit (see Single digit dial through of AA ).
