Using the Function Keys
There are four Function Keys located directly above the Keystation ''Display''. Particular
features are grouped under these keys, as follows:
PROGRAM:
This key accesses the options available to customise your Keystation settings. It
also accesses system programming from the Programming Station only. (See page 46 for
customising your Keystation and page 47 for system programming access).
MESSAGE:
This key accesses Voicemail and 'Display' Messaging features. (See page 66
for Voicemail and page 32 for 'Display' Messaging). To access voicemail, the system requires
the Voicemail Module to be equipped. Accessing Voicemail feature requires a Voice Module to
be fitted.
DIRECTORY: This key allows you to program and dial numbers in the System and Personal
Speed Dial lists, and also allows convenient dialling of the
Commander
telephone number.
(See page 28 for Speed Dial lists).
ISDN: This key accesses ISDN services.
DSS Console Stations
Up to 8 of the Executive Keystation Stations can be equipped with Consoles.

From the Programming Station, press the PROGRAM Key
•
Press the Scroll Down Key (
) until ‘System programming’ is displayed.

Select ‘System programming’
•
Enter the System Programming Password and select ‘Stations'
•
Press the Scroll Down Key (
) until ‘DSS Stations' is shown
•
Select ‘DSS Stations’
•
Select those Stations which are to be equipped with Consoles.
Up to eight Stations may be selected.
A Power supply is used to provide the additional power needed for the additional 32 keys.
Backlit Display
The Executive Keystation can be backlit when the keystation is being used. The additional
Power supply must be used to backlight the keystation.
