show storm-control
To display broadcast, multicast, or unicast storm control settings on the switch or on the specified interface
or to display storm-control history, use the
show storm-control command in user EXEC mode.
show storm-control
[ interface-id ] [
broadcast| multicast| unicast
]
Syntax Description
(Optional) Interface ID for the physical port (including type, stack member
for stacking-capable switches, module, and port number). interface-id
(Optional) Displays broadcast storm threshold setting.

(Optional) Displays multicast storm threshold setting.

(Optional) Displays unicast storm threshold setting. unicast

Usage Guidelines
When you enter an interface ID, the storm control thresholds appear for the specified interface.
If you do not enter an interface ID, settings appear for one traffic type for all ports on the switch.
If you do not enter a traffic type, settings appear for broadcast storm control.
Examples This is an example of a partial output from the
show storm-control
command when no keywords are entered.
Because no traffic-type keyword was entered, the broadcast storm control settings appear.
